Weekly Willy Update (WWU) July 18, 2008
First off I want to apologize for posting the WWU here on our forum things got a little busy for me and S4iNT so I decided to post it here that way S4iNT wouldn't have to worry about it and he could do more important things like work and getting ready for this weekend. Next week we will have a NEW WWU up on our main page also sorry if there are some spelling or grammar errors, S4iNT usually double checks the WWU's before they are posted.

This is kind of a big week what with E3 and all, it is going to be a short week so we are posting the WWU a little early because a few of us are going out of town for a wedding.



I just thought I would post this picture because it makes me laugh, that person in the Milk suit just so happens to be our very own S4iNT back in high school.

I am going to change up the way I do things a little this week, from now on when I post a Clan match write up in the WWU it will be the first thing I talk about.

Gaming NEWS E3…

There is a lot of gaming news to cover this week and it sucks because I will not be able to cover it all because of the short week we have, (going to a wedding) which makes me sad that I can’t cover it all . So I am just going to post a lot of links and a little bit of info on those links and next week I will try to sort through the really big gaming news that is going to happen while I am gone.

Xbox LIVE fall update is a massive overhaul facelift to Xbox LIVE wow there is a lot of cool stuff.

As most of you had heard by now Bungie was going to release info on a new game they were working on during E3 but their publisher decided to wait and not release anything this week.

So maybe we will find out soon what they were working on.

Wow so I am really impressed with Microsoft’s press conference, but not so much with Sony and Nintendo’s conferences. Sony announced God of War III for the PS3 which is very nice, and the graphics look SWEET. http://www.joystiq.com/2008/07/15/sony- ... -of-war-3/ I am calling it right here it will be released in March 2009 I am putting money that it will.

Sadly I am less impressed with Nintendo and I have been a hardcore Nintendo fan for a very long time but my Nintendo pride is lacking in this recent year because Microsoft has just come out with great game after great game. Nintendo unveiled that they are coming out with voice chat for the Wii FINALLY NINTENDO gets the hint, but they are too little to late with this one, I mean come on you have a headset for the DS and how hard would it have been to make a Bluetooth one for the Wii. http://g-ec2.images-amazon.com/images/I ... Willy’s Rant of the Week (WRotW)

I don’t have much to rant about this week. The only thing I can think of off the top of my head that annoys me is not having enough time in a day to get everything I want done. Also the fact that summer just seem to be flying by and I have only gone swimming once this summer what the hell that sucks.

**** NO CLAN SUPPORT IN THE XBOX LIVE FALL UPDATE???**** Well that just sucks now doesn’t it.

Clan News, Info, and Events…

For our next clan match I think it would be fun if it was a COD4 clan match. Any takers? Any CE United member interested in playing in that one? More info on this later

Also later this summer or maybe at the end of summer I would like to have our Halo 3 Master Kart clan mixer.

What I think we will do is try to get as many clans involved in this as possible what we might end up doing is only having like 2 members or maybe even 1 CE United member per room depending on how many other clans we get to play in this. More info on this later as well.

I only played it once and I thought it was really fun; Master Kart is a custom racing game type that LastDesertF0X made. It is like rocket race where you race to different locations but there are a lot of obstacles in your way it is fun.

Another thing is hopefully we can get our clan history page updated some time soon.
